We ship and track your orders using United States Postal Service - Priority. Once we have shipped the merchandise it will take 1 to 3 days for the package to be delivered. Shipping rates vary by location and quantity shipped. Free shipping for orders over $120.

Returns & Replacements
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it with the new piece. If you want to return the merchandise, you must ship it back to us and upon receipt of the merchandise we will refund the amount you paid for the piece(s). Shipping costs are paid for by you.
Ordering
If ordering our standard tubes, we can normally fill your order within one week unless we are away at a show. If so, we will notify you about the estimated shipping date. Custom pieces normally can be designed and cut in about two weeks but may take up to three weeks.
